Todos Santos Workshops

Join me for a 5-day immersive workshop in the vibrant town of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Located just an hour from Cabo San Lucas, this charming town offers a rich cultural experience with its array of restaurants, galleries, yoga studios, and beautiful beaches overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Let the colors and scents of the surroundings inspire your creativity as we delve into the art of cold wax and oil painting.

Full immersion and experiential learning in small and intimate class sizes. Discover the joy of creating through discovery and exploration.

  • Workshops meet Monday – Friday, from 9-12 and 1-4, at Hablando Mexicano, Ignacio Zaragoza 19, Centro, 23300 Todos Santos, B.C.S., Mexico.

  • The cost of the workshop is $850, with a $450 deposit due at registration.

  • The balance of $400 is due sixty days prior to the workshop.

  • Early Bird Discount: Register and pay in full by September 30, 2025, to receive a discounted rate of $750.

  • Engage in daily demonstrations and receive individualized guidance to develop your artistic voice.

  • You will work on multiple paintings simultaneously, allowing for experimentation and growth.

  • Access to a kitchen is available for lunch preparations, or you can explore local eateries. Breakfast and dinner are on your own.

  • We will visit a working artist’s studio in Todos Santos.

  • A supply list will be sent to you after signing up for the workshop.

  • Participants utilize provided materials such as cold wax medium, newsprint, tissue paper, various tools, paper towels, and vegetable oil for cleaning.

  • We recommend staying at Gallo Azul Lofts, conveniently located across the street from the workshop venue.

About Anne

Anne is a dedicated teacher who creates a dynamic learning experience based on years of painting combined with her knowledge of art history and teaching methods.  A lifelong teacher at the college and high-school level and in museum settings, Anne holds a CT art certification and was named 2012 Connecticut Art Education Association's Outstanding Secondary Arts Educator. Since 2014 she has been offering classes and workshops in her studio in Maine as well as Todos Santos. Anne is an engaged teacher and accomplished artist who fosters an environment where students can develop new skills, their personal voice and artistic sensibilities. She is passionate about helping her students on their creative and artistic journeys.
